¿Qué es un SDE o Sistema de Detección y Extinción de Incendios Automático y Focalizado?
Un sistema de detección y extinción de incendios (SDE) es un conjunto de dispositivos que detectan y combaten incendios. El objetivo es proteger a las personas y los bienes.
Los SDE pueden ser totalmente automatizados o incluir mecanismos manuales.
Componentes de un SDE
Detectores: Detectan el humo, el calor o las llamas
Central de control: Recibe las señales de los detectores y activa las acciones programadas
Pulsadores manuales: Permiten que cualquier persona pueda dar el aviso de incendio
Sirenas: Avisan visual o sonoramente de un incendio
Elementos auxiliares: Activan alarmas, evacuadores de humo, cierran puertas, etc.
Sistemas de extinción: Como rociadores de agua, extintores, espuma, CO2 y otros gases
Tipos de sistemas de detección
Convencional: Los elementos se agrupan por zonas
Analógico: Permite la identificación de cada elemento individualmente
Instalación:
La instalación de un SDE debe seguir la normativa de seguridad y técnica de edificación. Solo pueden ser realizadas por empresas homologadas.
